If you want fabulous mojitos and great atmosphere, you need to stop by and check out Hemingway’s.  Take your pick of the bar, lounge, deck, or garden. They also feature live Cuban jazz, so get up and dance! Show them what you got!
For dinner, if I could, I’d eat at Salvatore’s every night! It’s that good!  Don’t miss the lasagne on Wednesday nights. The portions are large and SO very good! Another fave are the boneless beef short ribs, served with garlic mashed potatoes. I have only one word… Yummy!  Just try to walk by, and the aroma of the food pulls you in. It’s intoxicating!  Be sure to make reservations! The restaurant is in a small outdoor garden setting and fills up quickly! Located on Zapata Street between Guerrero and Hidalgo. Sorry no website!
If you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, head over to Mi Casa. It’s a beautiful restaurant, located in the oldest adobe building in Cabo. The menu is large, and the food is fantastic! Make sure to leave room for dessert. The El Flan al Caramelo is fabulous!
Ole Mole Mia is my place for tamales! They are served with the most delicious Mole sauce I’ve ever had! Their specialty is moles… need I say more? Fun artsy atmosphere!
If you happen to be in San Jose, stop by the French Riviera Bakery and Cafe. I was lucky enough to have some friends introduce me to this little gem! Great Bistro menu and delightful bakery treats! Authentically French, of course!
